Basic Remote Management & Monitoring
Includes remote support, patch management, and ransomware detection:
Client PCs: $35 per user per month. Servers: $15 per day per server*.
*Server pricing is higher due to their importance and the level of monitoring they require.
Remote Management/Monitoring and BitDefender Protection
Includes Basic Remote Management & Monitoring and adds BitDefender Antivirus with Endpoint Detection and Response for additional protection from cyber threats.

Technical Services
Technical Services are priced based on how much the materials cost to acquire and the difficulty level of the labor provided.
Additionally, some remote support incidents may require additional billing if the size and scope of the repair is beyond a quick, basic fix.
For example, a quick remote-in to close out one of those annoying pop-up scam notifications for “Microsoft Support” that’s actually something else would be covered under Basic Remote Management. Installing, reinstalling, configuring, or troubleshooting applications which require advanced configuration or an extended time commitment would incur a minimum $40 charge.
On-site services – $80 minimum, scales with the level of skill required and time spent.
End-User Computing
We tend to use Dell Small Form Factor (SFF) computers for end-user computing. Both new and refurbished options are available, as well as customization before delivery. This allows us to use a mounting solution which keeps the computer, monitor, and all of the requisite cabling in a nice, neat package. Custom mounting of monitors which are not Dell monitors to these all-in-one mounts is available by way of using tools and materials to adapt non-Dell monitors to those stands.
Disk-to-disk transfers are performed when upgrading one computer to another IF the operating system on the old computer is the latest version of Windows or has an upgrade path which allows upgrading to the latest version of Windows.
October 2025 is the cut-off date for Windows 10 support! We offer services to evaluate and, if necessary, upgrade your end-user computers so that they can run Windows 11.
Networking
Computer networking is another product that we offer. We can help you obtain the appropriate products and configure them to meet the needs of your company and its locations. This includes but is not limited to linking sites together with VPN tunnels, Ethernet over GRE, and remote access VPN solutions. Wireless networking (Wi-Fi) solutions are also available.
Cabling Infrastructure
Before having a contractor install network cabling, consult with us! All too often, cabling is installed and folks later lament the location or quantity of available networking outlets. We can help determine where jacks should be located and how many should be installed as well as ensuring that the proper type of wiring is used. We also can help with selecting fiber optic solutions as well. One-off smaller cabling needs can be fulfilled by us alone, subject to evaluation of feasibility.
Servers
Some offices need a server on premises to host a particular application which is crucial for their business. We can help with everything from purchasing and installation to configuration and provisioning, then install the software or help your vendor install the software (medical charting software is often done this way) and ensure that they have everything that they require.
Cloud Solutions
We can also assist with cloud solutions, including but not limited to Google and Microsoft products. We can also help you obtain your own domain name for use with cloud e-mail solutions and assist you with getting it all working.
*Anything which does not have pricing listed should be assumed to fall under the category of Technical Services, which incur an $80 minimum and scales with skill level required and time spent.
